Phillipsburg Emergency Squad was alerted to Rt. 22 WB IAO the High school for a MVA rollover with entrapment. With staffing at station, 9451 responded with the duty crew, and heavy rescue 9456 responded with 4 and were on scene within 2 minutes and chief 9450 arrived on scene and assumed Rt. 22 command. The rescue crew immediatly stabilized the vehicle with 2 Res-Q-Jacks and cribbing, and patient care was handled by 9451 and the paramedics from EMS4. A full driver side removal was done to remove the 1 patient in the vehicle. Once the removal was complete, patient was removed from vehicle and taken the the ambulance for a medical assessment. Patient was transported to St. Lukes Bethelhem with non-life threating injuries. Other units on scene were 9453, 9452, 9454, Phillipsburg Fire Dept, Phillipsburg Police and H&K towing. All units were cleared within 45 minutes.
